I moved to KC in March of 2023 and I still think about this place all the time. I miss the food, the unbeatable prices, I miss walking to pick up my order (a block from my old place). I don't have a reason to visit Cape again but I'd come back just for these noodles
This place is always great. It’s got that mom and pop vibe that tells ya the food is going to be made with love. The same lady I always see at the window is always so nice and friendly. You get the food in under 5 minutes and it’s hot and fresh! You guys are awesome!

Rice Noodle Cai is my favorite Chinese restaurant. The location is not in the best area, but that is forgiven when you taste the food. I drive out of my way to pick up honey chicken with lo mein because it is that good. The glaze is perfectly crunchy. The taste is sweet with a hint of spice, and the noodles tie it together. The egg rolls and won tons are kind of bland, but that is ok. There are many good options on their menu and you really can not go wrong with the chicken. The portions are huge for the price. There is a dining area, but I have never been inside. The drive through is quick and the workers seem to have a good system. There is hardly ever a line to order but I believe you can order ahead. This is a great place if you need something quick and delicious!

Today was my first time trying Rice Noodle Cai. I had the orange chicken and asked to have it spicy and it was perfect. It came on a bed of fried rice. I ordered a side of Crab Rangoon as well. The entire meal was delicious and I have enough leftovers for a meal tomorrow. It was ready when promised and I like that they have a drive thru window. I would recommend it to anyone! I'll definitely be back and try something different next time!
This place is home! Love this family and love the food! They are always in there working so hard! The online pick ups are my favorite part! The estimated pick up is never longer than 15 minutes and it is always ready when I get there! It only took 3 visits before the lady remembered my name! I am in awe every time. The food is excellent as well
